Genealogy Software
Good genealogy software makes all the difference in the world when it comes to
organizing information. It has actually been around since the “early days” of
personal computers. Since beginning my research in the 1990’s, I have used
many different programs to gather and organize genealogy information. I now
use a program called “Legacy”. Legacy offers a free to use version but for a very
reasonable price, you can get the full-featured version and I highly recommend
it. There is practically nothing that Legacy can’t do and it is highly
customizable. You can generate a large variety of printed reports as well. Get

Other programs I have used are Family Tree Builder and Family Tree Legends.
