charter member of the Port Angeles
Aerie of Eagles.

Mr. Fisher was elected and served in
the state legislature as rep-
resentative of this district in 1909-
1910. He was appointed postmaster
under the Taft administration in 1911
and served his term. Through his long
business life in Port Angeles and his
wide lodge affiliation, the late E. E.
(Pete) Fisher had a large
acquaintanceship over the whole
state of Washington. He was an
ardent fisherman. He was
exceedingly proud of being a pioneer
of Port Angeles and loved the city
and its environments.
