Dear June + Family

Its a long time since my visit to Cloverdale. I always wanted to go by train

because I thought it was more comfortable than the bus and I used to enjoy it,

but I always took the bus because it was cheaper, so this time I went by train. I

bought a round trip ticket. The train ride was such a disappointment that I got a

refund for half the fare and took the bus home. I enjoyed my visit very much,

the weather was fine most of the time. Your mother cooked good and fed me well,

we had turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and duck for New Year and

chicken between holidays. It was a nice Christmas. There was a tree and lots of

presents. I got a nice suitcase from your mother and a flashlight from Greg.

Your mother works too hard and too steady. While I was there she had some kids

to take care of almost every day and some nights including 2 bottle babies, and
