The funeral will be held at the
Christian Science church Wednesday [Note: In March 2020, the Clallam
afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. Historical Society sent me additional
material as follows:]

Impressive Services
[Note: Handwritten on the copy (by Held for Mrs. Fisher
Donald Poulsen) is “Died 1922”. Some
minor corrections were made.] The funeral services for Mrs. Herman
Fisher were held this afternoon at
2:30 o’clock at the Christian Science
church and wee attended by a vast
congregation of old-time friends and
neighbors, many of them whom had
to stand on the outside of the church
as all could not be accommodated.
Mrs. W.B. Ross, Christian Science
reader, read comforting passages
from the Bible with corollary
passages from Mary Baker Eddy’s
Science and Health and Key to the
Scriptures.
Two beautiful hymns were sung by
Mrs. Lovelace with Mrs. M. M. Brown
accompanist.
The floral offerings were many and
beautiful and were expressive of the
height regard in which the departed
was held by her fellow citizens.
Interment was in Ocean View
Cemetery beside her husband, who
was laid to rest seven years ago.
During the funeral hour all business
house in the city were closed.
