Jung, Jacob H.

JACOB H. JUNG PASSES AWAY
AFTER AN ILLNESS

Jacob Henry Jung, aged 65, died
Friday evening at his farm home just
west of this city, following an illness
of four months’ duration. The
deceased was born in the town of
Russell on May 21, 1880, son of Jacob
and Mary Becker-Jung. He was united
in holy wedlock with Miss Mary
Spindler of Stratford on May 1, 1913,
and following their marriage the
couple moved to their present farm
home where they have since resided.

Survivors include his wife; one
brother, Adam Jung of Burlington,
and three sisters, Mrs. Anna Strade
and Mrs. Hannah Conrad of Fond du
Lac, and Mrs. Herman Froehlich of
Glenbeulah.

Funeral services were conducted
Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 p. m. at
the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, and at
2 o’clock at the St. Peter Evangelical
and Reformed church, with the Rev.
B. L. Worthman officiating. Burial was
made in the Kiel cemetery.
