                     Valdemar  Elmer  "Pete"  Poulsen,  84,   daughters,   Diane   Balch    of

                     Mr.  Poulsen  was  preceded  in  death   12:00am
                     by a daughter, Karen Leary; brothers,
                     Jean  Poulsen  and  John  Poulsen;  and
                     sisters,  Catherine  Olson  and  Elisa
                     James.

                     He is survived by his wife of 63 years,
                     Frances  Poulsen,  at  home;  son,
                     Dennis  Poulsen  of  Woodland;  three
