Schmidt, Jean Patsy “Pat”

A private family service is planned for
Jean Patsy "Pat" Schmidt, 75, who
died on June 4th.
Pat was born on February 24, 1938 in
Portland Oregon, the daughter of
Fred Milton Gorton and Minnie Laura
Gorton (Martin). She lived in Taft
Oregon for much of her early life and
as such Pat always enjoyed the
Oregon Coast and "going to the
beach".
In 1960, Pat married Robert "Bob"
Clarence Schmidt. Pat worked as a
housekeeper. Her husband, Bob died
in 1984.
Pat is survived by a daughter, Laura
Marie Poulsen of Vancouver
Washington, a son Michael Robert
Schmidt of Portland Oregon and five
grandchildren: Sarah Poulsen, Daniel
Schmidt, Joseph Schmidt, Robin
Schmidt and Ryan Schmidt.
